Investors Agreement form

I, __________________________________, have agreed to enter an investment plan provided by the laptop doctor, within the period of ________________________, with the sum of ________________________________________, accrued 12% from 100,000 t0 4,000,000  biannually and annually respectively, while 15% interest for 5,000,000 with the total sum of ______________________________________________,  anticipated by the end of the financial year in _________.

I/We. Emelughas Isaac (MD) @ Laptop Doctor has agreed on a 12% and 15% annually as dividend to pay and remit to our Investor__________________________________ with the total sum of (_________________________________________________) as due by the end of the year_____.

1. All money invested will for six months and one period must complete it tenure. as agreed on the contract document.
